Miles Wood

Miles William Wood (b. September 13, 1995) is an American professional ice hockey forward currently with the Columbus Blue Jackets in the NHL. He was drafted 100th overall in 2013 by the New Jersey Devils and made his NHL debut in 2016.

Known for his speed, tenacity, and two‑way play, Wood has played for the Devils and the Colorado Avalanche before his 2025 move to Columbus. He also comes from a hockey family—his father, Randy Wood, played in the NHL for over a decade.
