Martin "Marty" Biron is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played 16 NHL seasons with teams including the Buffalo Sabres, Philadelphia Flyers, New York Islanders, and New York Rangers. Born August 15, 1977, Biron was drafted 16th overall by the Sabres in 1995. He became Buffalo’s starting goalie after Dominik Hašek's departure and later played a key role for the Flyers, leading them to the Eastern Conference Finals in 2008. Biron retired in 2013 with a career record of 230 wins and a 2.61 goals-against average.

Following his playing career, Biron transitioned to broadcasting and is a well-known hockey analyst. He has worked as an NHL on NBC Sports Network analyst and served as a color commentator and studio analyst for various hockey broadcasts, bringing insight from his lengthy playing career to television audiences. Biron remains active in hockey through his roles in coaching and player development as well.
